In the first year of operations, we gained the ISO 9001 accreditation for quality service standards as well as a two star rating (the highest you can receive during the first audit) from CQC. These accreditations were enormous achievements for such a young company and allow us to demonstrate the emphasis we put on providing a reliable, high quality service. Our rates are competitive and in line with the level of care that is provided. We recruit and train all carers to fit the individual requirements of each care package. This provides peace of mind for the client and ensures that the carer is fully competent in their role. We provide the widest range of care possible, from 24 hour nursing support 7 days a week 365 days a year to small blocks of care that last anything from 30 minutes, we aim to fit in with your individual needs.
