Julie A Parkinson
With 9 years working with NHS Managers as a Non –Executive Director Julie is very well versed in the complexities of service provision and delivery. Prior to that she was employed as Marketing and Communications Manager for the Children's Foundation (yellow brick road appeal) based at Sir James Spence Institute of Child Health the RVI Newcastle upon Tyne, . Julie has worked as a hospital manager under the Mental Health Act where she was chairperson and is married to Philip, she is a mother of three young children and as Director of operations is responsible for audit and compliance policies and procedures.

Pauline S Neil
Pauline qualified as a nurse in 1975 and as a midwife in 1980, and has worked in the UK and the Middle East in hospitals and domiciliary settings. She has experience in gynaecology, theatres, midwifery, battlefield trauma, occupational health, rehabilitation case management, spinal cord injuries, long term ventilation, and with young physically disabled individuals. As Nurse Manager, Pauline has responsibility for clinical governance establishing and maintaining care packages.
