Philip Parkinson – Chief Executive

A retired Police Officer, Philip is Chief Executive Officer and is registered with Care Quality Commission as the Responsible Individual. He has over 25 years experience in care and delivering care to people. Philip has held a number of positions at Senior Board Level at various companies and a PLC.

Julie Parkinson – Director of Operations

As the Registered Manager with Care Quality Commission for the company and with 9 years working with NHS Managers as a Non-Executive Director Julie is very well versed in the complexities of service provision and delivery. Prior to that she was employed as Marketing and Communications Manager for the Children's Foundation (yellow brick road appeal) based at Sir James Spence Institute of Child Health the RVI Newcastle upon Tyne. Julie has worked as a Hospital Manager under the Mental Health Act where she was chairperson. As Director of Operations she is responsible for audit and compliance policies and procedures.

Nicola Marshall - Regional Manager

Nicola is qualified to NVQ level 4 in healthcare and has a number of years experience, her responsibilities include recruitment and the north east geographical areas. Nicola is currently studying for her Leadership and Management certificate.

Mary Wraight - Assistant Manager

Mary has years of experience and holds a NVQ3 in care delivery, is a specialist in pallative and end of life care, Mary assists the carers in training and the Regional managers in day to day operational duties. Mary is currently undertaking NVQ4 and other intensive training programes.
